Key Roles

Hi. I am Mrs. Haugan. I have been working at Beacon Hill since 2015, in the role of Librarian in our Learning Commons. Over the years, I have worked in various schools around Sylvan Lake as an Educational Assistant, however, I absolutely love being in this role at Beacon Hill. My favorite part of working in the Learning Commons is that I get to know each and every student in our school. I enjoy learning what their interests are and trying to help them find books that will peak their interest.

I have had the privilege of living in Sylvan Lake my entire life and now, along with my husband, Ryan, we are raising our four children here. Our family enjoys camping, playing board games, and enjoying the various sports in the community that our children are involved in.
