I have been teaching for over 17 years. I was born and raised in Saskatchewan and attended the U of S. At the beginning of my career I had the opportunity to teach overseas. I taught ESL and Grade 1 in Taiwan for approximately 6 years. While in Taiwan, I met my wonderful husband, Rob, who shares my passion for teaching. My family loves to travel and take part in adventures and have had the opportunity to take part in 2 international teaching exchanges to Australia. I have a daughter, Mya, and a son, Jacob, who make me smile everyday. We have a wonderful rescue cat named Chari, who has been a great addition to our family, as well, we have a new puppy named Adelaide. I am looking forward to a wonderful year with a great group of students and an amazing staff at Beacon Hill!
